Carlos Paulo started his career at Google in 2004, about the same time Google ceased to be a start-up – at least formally. At the time, he became part of the initial Online Sales and Operations team that dealt with the Portuguese and Brazilian markets. In August 2007 he was part of the deployment team in charge of setting up the Portuguese Operation in Lisbon. Since that time, he touched various projects in retail, tech, travel and media&entertainment sectors.
Prior to Google, Carlos Paulo worked in sales with large business clients in BES and Arval and launched a couple of startup projects in the media and entertainment areas.
